Quality Policy
We have enacted a quality policy with our Executive President as the Chief Quality Officer, with all employees responsible for ceaselessly improving the quality of our business activities throughout the entire supply chain, from product development to manufacturing, distribution, use, final consumption, and disposal, to ensure that our products meet the quality requirements of our customers, comply with domestic and international laws and regulations, and are safe for all of society around us.
“Establishing, maintaining and improving our high standard of quality while always being conscious of customer satisfaction and social credibility” is a key management issue, consequently, we have created the following quality policy.
- 1All employees are responsible for improving quality.
- 2We fulfill customer requirements regarding quality, cost, and delivery time, and provide products and services of superior excellence that customers can use with satisfaction and peace of mind.
- 3Based on this quality policy, we set quality objectives, implement them company-wide, and maintain and continuously improve our quality management system (QMS).

QMS continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
We strive to prevent quality issues through the following:
- ISO9001 certification
- Establishment of various quality control systems
- Maintaining and improving inspection accuracy
- Ensuring data integrity
- Foreign material management
- Reliable implementation of process control to prevent quality issues before they occur
In the event of a quality problem, we will respond promptly and take definite measures to prevent recurrence based on the results of investigation and analysis.
Product Safety Initiatives
We investigate and evaluate the impact and PL risks of chemical substances contained in raw materials and products on human health, the environment (ecosystem), and product applications in all aspects of our business activities, and take all appropriate measures to prevent hazards caused by chemical substances and maintain product safety.
